The Argenta Arts Foundation is hosting a family-friendly event to celebrate the riders of the Bid Dam Bridge 100 Bike Tour at the finish line in the Argenta Arts District. Downtown North Little Rock will be closed to traffic, and pedestrians are encouraged to enjoy the live music, craft shows, gallery walks and the good food at the many restaurants on Main Street. The Beacon of Peace and Hope and surrounding Peace Garden presents a special welcome to visitors. Women's Action for New Directions (WAND) worked with the City of NLR and the submariners to build this monument for peace and reconciliation.
