May 2: Arkansas Preservation Conference - Preservation - Crustaceans Crawfish Boil and Historic Tour, St. Joseph's Center, 6800 Camp Robinson Road, NLR. Join The Historic Preservation Alliance of Arkansas for hot bugs, cold beer and old buildings and see Argenta from a mountain overlooking downtown. May 4: Arkansas Food Bloggers Bake Sale benefiting No Kid Hungry, 9 a.m.-2 p.m., 6th & Main Streets, Argenta Arts District, downtown NLR, adjacent to Argenta Farmers Market. The sale will feature baked goods by local bloggers and Twitter personalities, as well as from central Arkansas professional bakers such as Dempsey Bakery, Sweet Love and Gigi's Cupcakes.

May 4: Annual Men's A Cappella Harmony Show "Celebrate Harmony" - Enjoy an evening of a cappella harmony by the award-winning Diamond State Chorus, and featured quartets "Just in Time,"  "Sound Fraternity" and ladies quartet "Roundelay" on Saturday, May 4, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. in the Argenta Community Theater in North Little Rock. Now - August 31: Captain's Cabin Exhibit at the AR Inland Maritime Museum. The new exhibit will feature photographs, biographies, sea stories from the crew, and personal artifacts from the Commanding Officers.
