NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) -- North Little Rock police say there is no new information in the disappearance of two local women.

Both Shequenia Burnett, 36, and Terkessa Wallace, 34, were reported missing in January 2014.

Officer Shana Cobbs told THV 11 at the time that they are two separate missing persons cases, and she said "(police) have no reason to believe that they are together at this time."

Shequenia's mother reported her missing after family found the door to Shequenia's apartment open Jan 9. Police did not find any evidence of foul play or anything to suggest she was taken against her will.

Her family believes she may be with a man in College Station.

Terkessa Wallace's roommate reported her missing after Wallace dropped off her son with family but never returned to pick him up Jan. 10.

Wallace's family believes she may have left town for Texas, however Wallace hasn't been seen there.

If you have any information as to the whereabouts of either of these women, you are asked to call North Little Rock Police at (501)758-1234.
