LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - More demonstrations were held on Tuesday after protesters bombarded the Arkansas Health Care Association Headquarters.

On Monday, dozens gathered with a disability rights group refusing to give up the fight for their rights.

The group wants the ability to choose their support instead of being forced into nursing facilities and institutions.

Little Rock police were called to U.S. Representative Mike Ross' office on Tuesday afternoon and have made more arrests for disorderly conduct for people refusing to get out of the street.

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) – Police are investigating a case of aggravated animal cruelty after a woman reportedly found her dogs near a possibly abandoned home in Little Rock.

According to a report made by Little Rock police, a woman and her husband noticed that their two dogs were missing around 9:30 a.m. Sunday from their home. The woman reportedly noted to police that a couple of days before, one of the dogs' collars was replaced with an old one.

The woman told police that she spent the day putting out flyers and searching for the dogs before receiving a call that someone had seen them near a possibly abandoned home on Robinwood and Cantrell roads. When she went to the location, she told police she found them dead, nose-to-nose on the grass by a fire hydrant.

According to the report, she observed severe trauma to the dogs.

Central Arkansas Scale Modelers are hosting their 14th Annual Sproo-Doo Model Show on September 27th at the Statehouse Convention Center in Little Rock, AR. The show committee is very excited about this year's show and is inviting everyone to come out to join in the fun. The show is open the the public with no admission fees.

Adult - $10 for one (1) and $2 for each additional model
Juniors (13-18) - $4 for one (1) and $1 for each additional model
Kids (12 and under) - Free for the first one and $1 for each additional model
