Realtor's family, friends in shock over loss
LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - Those close to Beverly Carter sat in silence today at a press conference held by Pulaski County Sheriff's Office. Investigators discussed limited details of the missing real estate agent's death. Most of her friends and family members are still in shock.
"On a personal note, Beverly and I have been friends for 11 years now," said friend David Goldstein. "And there are no words for me to tell you how much she's going to be missed."
Volunteers and police searched for Carter for days until her body was found early Tuesday morning.
David Goldstein has been a friend of Carter's for years. With the shocking news of her death not even a day old, Goldstein, fellow co-workers and friends were too broken up to speak.
