LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - THV’s Tom Brannon and the THV Morning crew are working hard to make sure that children in Arkansas’s foster care have an amazing Christmas. They need your help! They will be traveling every day, starting December 3, to a different location in Central Arkansas collecting unwrapped toys to Stuff the Sleigh.

Little Rock, you’re their final stop! Come out and visit with Tom at the Little Rock Best Buy, December 7, from 5 to 9:30 a.m.

West Little Rock, Ar. - Don't miss this years Holiday Tour of Homes. This event will kick off on December 7th and 8th. Friday the 7th there will be a Private Preview Party (7:00 - 9:00) filled with cocktails and entertainment at Hargis Home at Valley Club Circle. Then join in for Holiday breakfast at Wildwood on Saturday from 9:00 - 10:30 a.m. Following breakfast the Holiday Tour begins! Starting at 10:00 a.m. is when the first tour will leave to take a trip to see Little Rock's finest homes.

Drop in the Argenta Market during Argenta Artwalk this Friday and check out a new local product, Southern Girl Soapery. Located in Little Rock, Southern Girl Soapery creates handmade soaps inspired by the traditions, stories, and scents of the South. Each small batch is stirred, cut, and wrapped by hand. Over a decade  has gone into crafting recipes and perfecting techniques. Ingredients come from local farms and exotic lands. Colors and fragrances are from nature, never harsh chemicals. Look for soaps featuring Arkansas cucumbers (Damn Yankee), Diamond Bear beer (Home Brew), and K-Bee honey (Oh, Honey!). Buy local!

Announcing the opening of the Gorrell Gallery of Fine Art, located on the second floor of the historic First Presbyterian Church in the Argenta Arts District of North Little Rock. The Gorrell Gallery specializes in emerging and established local and regional talent.

The opening coincides with Argenta Art Walk, November 16th, from 5 - 8pm. Regular hours are Tuesday - Friday, 11am - 5pm, and Saturday, 12 noon - 4pm.

Art Connection Partners For Food Drive

Art Connection Partners For Food Drive

Art Connection has partnered with City Year for a Holiday Food Drive during Argenta Art walk, this Friday, November 16, from 5-8 p.m.

Benefiting the Arkansas Food Bank and Rice Depot, each gallery will have a box inside to collect canned goods and other non-perishable items for both organizations. Look for the Art Connection teens and the City Year red jackets up and down Main Street. Any donation is appreciated.

Art Connection is an after school and summer job training program for teenagers in North Little Rock.
