Kellogg Acres Road between Oakdale and Miller Road will be closed for repairs April 6 and 7.

Work at Robinson Center will close northbound lanes of Broadway St.

LITTLE ROCK (AHTD) – Work will require lane closures on Highway 70 (Broadway St.) in Little Rock, according to Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department (AHTD) officials.

Crews will be setting up a crane to work on Robinson Center. The work will require closing the Highway 70 (Broadway St.) northbound lanes between 3rd Street and the Arkansas River. Traffic will be controlled by warning signs and flaggers.

The northbound lane closures will be Friday, October 24th, between 9:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. The closures will also occur Saturday, October 25th and Sunday, October 26th, between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., weather permitting.

LITTLE ROCK (AHTD) Pavement research will require lane closures on Interstate 30 in Little Rock, according to Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department (AHTD) officials.

Crews will be taking geo-technical samples on Interstate 30. The work will require closing the eastbound and westbound outside lanes between Geyer Springs Road and 65th Street (mile markers 133-135). Work will begin on the eastbound lane and then move to the westbound lane.

The lane closures will be Tuesday, October 14th, between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., weather permitting. Traffic will be controlled using barrels and warning signs.

AHTD to hold public meetings on statewide high-speed rail plan

LITTLE ROCK (AHTD) -- The Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department (AHTD) will hold a series of public meetings on Tuesday, October 14th, Wednesday, October 15th, and Thursday, October 16th, between 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. The purpose is to seek input about a new statewide rail plan and the possibility of extending high-speed passenger rail service.

Bridge inspections will require lane closures on Highway 365

LITTLE ROCK (AHTD) – Routine bridge inspections will require lane closures on Highway 365 in Pulaski County, according to Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department (AHTD) officials.

Crews will inspect the bridge over Palarm Creek, northwest of Maumelle. The work will reduce traffic to one lane. This bridge was constructed in 1955. It is 171 feet in length and 32 feet in width.

Crews will also inspect the bridge over Parkway Drive and the railroad tracks on Highway 365 (MacArthur Drive) in North Little Rock. The work will reduce traffic to one lane. This bridge was constructed in 1941. It is 573 feet in length and 36 feet in width.

The lane closure over Palarm Creeek will be Tuesday, October 7th, between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., weather permitting.

The lane closure over Parkway Drive will be Wednesday, October 8th and Thursday, October 9th, between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., weather permitting.

LITTLE ROCK (AHTD) – A routine bridge inspection will require lane closures on Interstate 30 in Little Rock, according to Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department (AHTD) officials.

Crews will be inspecting the Interstate 30 Arkansas River Bridge in Little Rock. The work will require closing the eastbound and westbound outside lanes on the bridge. This will reduce traffic to two lanes in each direction.

The lane closures will be Sunday, October 5th between 5:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., weather permitting. Traffic will be controlled using barrels and warning signs.
