Arkansas Haunting: The Vanishing Hitchhiker

Arkansas Haunting: The Vanishing Hitchhiker

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) – The Vanishing Hitchhiker is one of many ghost stories coming from of Arkansas.

As Folklore goes, the Vanishing Hitchhiker is the ghost of a young woman who hitchhikes along various roads throughout the state. Several stories describe her getting a ride from a Good Samaritan once a year, directing them to her home, and then disappearing once the driver reaches the address.

Arkansas Haunting: Old Arsenal Tower Building

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) – The MacArthur Museum of Arkansas History was once designated as the Little Rock Arsenal way back in 1836.

People have reported hearing anything from disembodied voices to music coming from various places inside the building. Others have reported seeing both solid and see-through apparitions along with unexplainable shadows.

According to Arkansas.com, The Spirit Seekers Paranormal Investigation Research & Intervention Team was able to interact with at least four spirits, who were mostly friendly.
